大柴胡汤合针刺治疗肝郁胃热型多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察大柴胡汤加减合针刺治疗肝郁胃热型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法 选取山西省汾阳医院2020年1月—2023年1月收治的80例肝郁胃热型多囊卵巢综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,均40例。对照组采用针刺治疗,研究组联用大柴胡汤加减治疗,对比2组临床疗效。结果 研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组月经周期及两侧卵巢体积改善较对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组中医证候积分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组FSH、LH水平较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论 大柴胡汤加减联合针刺治疗肝郁胃热型多囊卵巢综合征,能够显著促进患者经期和卵巢正常化,改善其临床症状,减轻卵巢功能衰退程度,具有良好的临床实用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu decoction combined with acupuncture on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with liver stagnation and stomach heat type.Methods Eighty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of liver stagnation and stomach heat type admitted to Fenyang Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divide into a study group and a control group according to a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the study group was treated with modified Dachaihu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement in menstrual cycle and bilateral ovarian volume in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Dachaihu decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with liver stagnation and stomach heat type can significantly promote the normalization of menstruation and ovaries,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce the degree of ovarian function decline,and has good practical value.
