摘　　要：整理近几年中医药治疗食管癌的辨证分型规律,系统总结食管癌中医证型。食管癌早期症状不明显,中晚期出现进行性吞咽困难,属于中医学“噎膈”范畴,是病死率高、预后不佳的一类常见消化道肿瘤。中医论治食管癌多围绕气、痰、虚、瘀等因素,辨病辨证相结合,其证型主要分为痰气交阻型、津亏热结型、痰瘀互结型、脾虚痰湿型、肾虚阳微型。通过对食管癌辨证分型的探讨,可以提高食管癌的中医治疗效果。This paper collected the traditional Chinese medicine classification rules of treating esophageal cancer in recent years,and systematically summarize the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of esophageal cancer.Esophageal cancer has no obvious symptoms in the early stage,and progressive dysphagia occurs in the middle and late stages,which belongs to the category of"dysphagia"in traditional Chinese medicine and a common type of digestive tract tumor with high mortality and poor prognosis.With the development of research,we have made some progress on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of esophageal cancer mainly revolves around the factors of qi,phlegm,deficiency and blood stasis,and combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,and the syndrome types are divided into phlegm-qi inter-obstruction type,deficiency of fluid and accumulated heat type,phlegm and blood stasis type,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type,kidney deficiency and yang faintness type.Discussion on the classification of esophageal cancer can improve the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on esophageal cancer.
