透析中卧式脚踏运动辅助血液净化治疗维持性血液透析患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价透析中卧式脚踏运动辅助血液净化治疗维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的效果。方法:选入2021年12月~2023年6月在我院接受MHD治疗的患者60例,随机分为对照组30例和观察组30例。所有研究对象均接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予透析中卧式脚踏运动治疗。评价两组的生化指标、血压、生活质量等,并进行统计比较。结果:治疗前,两组各生化指标、血压指标、SF-36量表各维度评分以及SDS得分之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组Hb、ALB和血Ca明显高于对照组,血P、TC、TG和i PTH显著低于对照组(P<0.05),透析前DBP、透析前SBP、DBPmax、SBPmax、DBP极差和SBP极差亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PF、PR、RE、VT和GH评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:透析中卧式脚踏运动能够改善MHD患者的营养状态,促进钙磷及血脂代谢,维持血压稳定,缓解抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of horizontal pedal exercise assisted blood purification in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients during dialysis.Methods:Sixty patients who received MHD treatment in our hospital from December 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and an observation group of 30 cases.All study subjects received routine care and health education,and the observation group received horizontal foot exercise during dialysis on this basis.Evaluate and compare biochemical indicators,blood pressure,quality of life,etc.between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in various biochemical indicators,blood pressure indicators,SF-36 and SDS scores(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of Hb,ALB,and blood Ca in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while blood P,TC,TG,and iPTH were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The DBP before dialysis,SBP before dialysis,DBPmax,SBPmax,DBP range and SBP range in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PF,PR,RE,VT and GH scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Horizontal pedal exercise during dialysis can improve the nutritional status of MHD patients,promote calcium,phosphorus,and lipid metabolism,maintain blood pressure stability,alleviate depression,and improve quality of life.
