摘  要:随着民航业的逐步复苏,全国各个机场的航班量开始逐步恢复,但航空噪声污染问题也随之出现,影响了机场周边居民的生活质量。解决机场噪声问题是我国全面建设绿色民航体系的关键之一。目前,国际民航组织提出了两种优化程序,即噪声减轻离场程序(NADP)和连续爬升运行(CCO)来减少噪声污染。本文以等效连续A声级作为噪声评估的指标,对标准离场程序和噪声优化程序进行了噪声评估仿真验证,得到三种优化程序的噪声等值线图并对其分布规律进行总结,同时根据不同1类声环境功能区的分布情况,提出了不同的减噪方案的建议。With the gradual recovery of the civil aviation industry,the flight volume at various airports nationwide began to recover gradually,but the aviation noise pollution also emerged and seriously affected the quality of life for residents around the airport.Solving the problem of airport noise is one of the keys to building a comprehensive green civil aviation system in China.At present,ICAO has proposed two optimization procedures to reduce noise pollution:Noise Abatement Departure Procedure(NADP)and Continuous Climb Operation(CCO).In this paper,the equivalent continuous A sound level is taken as the index of noise assessment and the standard departure procedure and noise optimization program are simulated and verified.The noise contour maps of the three optimization programs are obtained and their distribution rules are summarized.Meanwhile,different noise reduction schemes are proposed based on the distribution of different class 1 acoustic environmental zones.
