基于自然属性探究合欢皮的临床价值

摘　　要：合欢皮除具有抗焦虑抗抑郁、抗炎调免疫、抗肿瘤抗菌的正向作用外,还有一定的血液、生殖、神经和肾脏负向毒性反应;临床扩展应用方面,既可治疗神志病、皮肤病,又可治疗肿瘤、哮喘、痹病和胃肠疾病。合欢花与合欢皮除解郁安神外,合欢皮兼有消肿之功,合欢花兼有明目之效。合欢皮常与石菖蒲、首乌藤、百合等药配伍应用,风湿痹痛兼不寐者最佳。Albizziae Cortex in addition to the positive effects of anti anxiety,antidepressant,anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,anti-tumor and antibacterial,Albizziae Cortex also has some negative toxic reactions in blood,reproduction,nerve and kidney;in clinical application,it can treat not only mental diseases and skin diseases,but also tumors,asthma,arthralgia diseases and gastrointestinal diseases.In addition to relieving depres-sion and calming nerves,Albizziae Cortex can reduce swelling,Albizziae flos has the effect of brightening the eyes.Albizziae Cortex is often used in combination with acori tatarinowii rhizoma,polygni multiflori caulis,lilii bulbus and other drugs,it is best to treat rheumatism arthralgia combined with insomnia.
