摘　　要：金黄色葡萄球菌普遍存在于医院感染和社区感染中,是脓毒症的常见致病菌之一,主要引起皮肤软组织多部位化脓性迁徙性感染以及危及生命的菌血症、感染性心内膜炎、致死性肺炎等。临床上感染金黄色葡萄球菌的患者常出现多脏器功能损伤,且病情危重、病死率高。本文介绍1例某院重症医学科收治的金黄色葡萄球菌引起全身播散性感染病例资料及诊疗过程。这类病例诊断困难,病情复杂,临床需综合考虑、全面评估并选择合适的治疗方案。Staphylococcus aureus,a common pathogen causing sepsis,is prevalent in both hospital and community infections,making it a frequent culprit of sepsis.The bacteria primarily lead to suppurative migration infections,life-threatening bacteremia,infective endocarditis,fatal pneumonia,and other severe conditions.Patients infected with Staphylococcus aureus often experience multiple organ dysfunction,critical condition,and a high fatality rate in clinical settings.This article presents a case study detailing the diagnosis,treatment process,and case data of a patient with systemic disseminated infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus who was admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine of a hospital.Diagnosing and managing such cases require clinical consideration,comprehensive evaluation,and the selection of an appropriate treatment plan due to their complexity and diagnostic chanllenges.
