摘　　要：目的:通过分析1例艾沙康唑用于根霉菌感染患儿的治疗思路和个体化治疗方案,为此类患儿提供治疗依据。方法:临床药师参与艾沙康唑用于根霉菌感染患儿的治疗过程,监护其临床症状、炎症指标并评估用药过程中可能出现的不良反应并加强用药监护。结果:临床药师分析用药方案并针对艾沙康唑的使用剂量及疗程给予有效建议,患儿病情得到控制。结论:临床药师参与患儿抗根霉菌治疗方案的制定有助于提高患儿用药的有效性和安全性。Objective:To analyze the treatment design and individual treatment regimen of isavuconazole in pediatric patient infected with Rhizopus,and provide rationale for the treatment of patients with the same disease.Methods:The involvement of clinical pharmacists in the management of pediatric Rhizopus infection with isavuconazole included monitoring clinical symptoms and inflammatory indicators,as well as evaluating potential adverse reactions to enhance medication surveillance.Results:Clinical pharmacists analyzed the drug regimen and gave effective suggestions on the dosage and course of esaconazole,and the disease was well controlled.Conclusion:The involvement of clinical pharmacists in the treatment regimen design of a pediatric patient infected with Rhizopus can improve the efficacy and safety of medication for children.
