摘 要:某工程倒虹吸河床段为管桥,长212.4m,跨度20m,钢管内径3.5m。钢管自身承重,明管采用支承环结构将管道荷载传递至下部墩柱。为了确保支承环的应力满足规范要求、受力分布均匀以及管桥上、下部结构布置合理,运用有限元分析方法建立管桥整体模型,对支承环体型进行优化设计。通过对支承环厚度敏感性及局部调整体型的计算分析,明确控制工况下的应力分布规律。最终确定较优的支承环体型,为管桥的合理设计提供依据。The inverted siphon riverbed section of a certain project is a pipe bridge,with the length of 212.4m,the span of 20m,and the steel pipe inner diameter of 3.5m.The steel pipe bears its own weight,and the exposed pipe adopts a supporting ring structure to transfer the pipeline load to the lower pier column.In order to ensure that the stress of the support ring meets the regulatory requirements,the stress distribution is uniform,and the upper and lower structures of the pipe bridge are arranged reasonably.We established an overall model of the pipe bridge using finite element analysis and calculation methods,and optimized the shape design of the support ring.By conducting sensitivity analysis on the thickness of the support ring,conducting analysis and calculation on the shape and thickness of local adjustments,the stress distribution pattern under controlled working conditions is clarified.The final determination of the optimal shape of the support ring provides a basis for the rational design of the pipeline bridge.
