产教研一体化导向下的校园建筑更新研究——以浙江大学逸夫科教馆改造为例

摘　　要：高校建筑的更新应当以学科发展的需求为引导,并往往伴随着多因素的耦合变化。该文以浙江大学西溪校区逸夫科教馆改造项目为例,探究在产教研一体化背景下如何通过建筑本体的更新,使其在时间、空间、功能、情理多维之间包容相生。在平衡建筑“和合共生”的理念指导下,提出“空间赋能,文化予新”的设计策略,即在建筑内部创造同时承载生产、教学、科研三大功能的容器,外部则保留历史风貌使其融于校园环境,同时通过系列节点改造加强学科建筑群之间的联系,以满足校园与城市、历史、景观、教学、研究、产业等各因素之间的和合共生。The renewal of university buildings should be guided by the needs of disciplinary development,and is often accompanied by coupled changes in multiple factors.This paper takes the renovation project of Yifu Science and Education Hall at Zhejiang University's Xixi Campus as an example to explore how the building's body can be renewed in the context of the integration of industry,education and research,so as to make it inclusive of each other in time,space,function and reason.Guided by the concept of"harmony and symbiosis",the design strategy of"space empowerment and cultural renewal"is proposed,i.e.the interior of the building is created as a container to carry the three functions of production,teaching and research,while the exterior of the building is preserved in its historical appearance so that it blends into the campus environment.The design strategy is to create a container for production,teaching and research on the inside,while preserving the historic landscape on the outside.
