摘  要:为了研究爆炸应力波在基岩中的传播和衰减规律,利用不同标号的混凝土代替不同等级围岩,对φ40 mm孔径下不同装药结构的工况进行爆破试验。通过制作及预埋PVDF薄膜传感器,测量6种装药结构下不同距离处的爆炸应力峰值,探究不同药量、不同岩石性质对爆炸应力波传播的影响。通过试验得到了C20、C30、C40混凝土试件在试验所涉及的范围内爆炸应力波随传播距离衰减的指数关系式。试验结果表明随着介质波阻抗的增大,该介质内部的爆炸应力波衰减系数会增大的规律,同时也验证了利用PVDF传感器测量混凝土内部的爆炸应力峰值这一方法是可行的,测试数据是可靠的,对后续不同岩土介质下的应力衰减规律研究和工程应用有一定的指导意义。In order to study the propagation and attenuation laws of explosive stress waves in bedrock,different levels of surrounding rock were simulated by different grades of concrete,and blasting tests were conducted on different charging structures with typical borehole diameter.PVDF thin film sensors were made and embedded to measure the peak Value of explosive stress at different distances under six different charging structures,in order to explore the influence of different charge quantities and rock properties on the propagation of explosion stress waves.The exponential relationship of explosive stress wave attenuation with propagation distance of C20,C30,C40 concrete specimens in the range of the test were obtained through the test.The test results preliminarily show that the attenuation coefficient of the explosive stress wave in the medium will increase with the increase of the wave impedance of the medium.At the same time,it also verifies that the method of using PVDF sensors to measure the peak value of the explosive stress in the concrete is feasible,and the test data are reliable,which has guiding significance for the subsequent research of the stress attenuation law under different geotechnical media and engineering application.
