摘　　要：贯彻落实习近平总书记“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”治水思路和关于治水重要论述精神,近年来,各地在区域综合开发和“两山”转化方面开展了大量实践探索,WOD(Water-Oriented Development)模式是近年来一种新兴的区域发展模式。文章梳理了WOD模式的相关概念、内涵及特点,提出新时期实施WOD模式的重要意义,总结了WOD模式典型案例,提出了主要应用领域,以期为未来WOD模式的应用推广提供参考。In recent years,in order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's water governance concept of"prioritizing water conservation,balancing spatial distribution,taking systematic approaches,and giving full play to the roles of both government and market"and the important discourse on water management,various regions have carried out extensive prac-tical explorations in regional comprehensive development and the transition of lush mountains to invaluable assets.The WOD(Water-Oriented Development)model is a newly emerging regional development model.This article outlines the rele-vant concepts,connotations,and characteristics of the WOD model,proposes the important significance of implementing the WOD model in the new era,summarizes typical cases of the WOD model,and proposes its main application areas,pro-viding references for the future application and promotion of the WOD model.
