摘　　要：加强河湖长工作考核是党中央、国务院部署的一项重大任务,是推动河湖长制落地见效的重要举措。文章选取了河湖长履职考核、河湖管护成效考核、常态化考核、党政督查考核等方面的典型案例,分析提炼了河湖长考核的主要做法,结合新要求提出了加强河湖长制考核的对策建议,为进一步发挥考核“指挥棒”作用、强化河湖长履职担当、推进河湖长制落地见效提供支撑。Strengthening the assessment of the River and Lake Chief System is a major task deployed by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and an important measure to promote the effective implementation of the River and Lake Chief System.This article selects typical cases of performance assessment of river and lake chiefs,effectiveness assessment of river and lake governance,regular assessment,party and government supervision and assessment,summarizes main con-tents of the assessment of River and Lake Chief System and proposes measures and suggestions to strengthen the assessment of river and lake chiefs based on the latest requirements,providing support for further playing the role of assessment as a"guideline",strengthening the responsibility of river and lake chiefs in fulfilling their duties,and promoting the effective implementation of the River and Lake Chief System.
