摘  要:对国内外已公开的三维非织造针刺技术相关专利进行对比分析得出,现有的三维针刺设备均存在一定的局限性,尤其是用于航空、航天等领域的耐高温、制动件等,加工要求和制造成本较高,导致无法大规模推广使用。为了进一步解决三维预制件的加工成型问题,综述了国内外发明专利技术的优缺点,对三维针刺技术专利的发展进行了对比研究,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。A comparative analysis of publicly available patents related to 3D non-woven needle-punching technology at home and abroad reveals that the existing 3D needle-punching equipment has certain limitations,especially in high-temperature resistant and brake components used in aerospace and other fields,which require high processing requirements and manufacturing costs,making it impossible to promote large-scale use.In order to further solve the processing and molding of 3D performs,the advantages and disadvantages of the invention patent technology at home and abroad are summarized,the patent technology of the development of 3D needle punching technology is compared,and tthe future development trend is discussed.
