摘  要:基于厌氧连续流生物脱胶小型试验装置,以黑龙江大麻作为研究对象,通过调整预处理方式和助剂,探究了预处理对连续流生物脱胶效率的影响。结合纤维物理性能,证实采用2%氢氧化钠沸煮1.5 h的预处理方式,可以将大麻厌氧连续流生物脱胶的时间从72 h缩短至48 h,为厌氧连续流生物脱胶技术的产业化应用提供参考。Based on the small-scale anaerobic continuous flow biological degumming experimental device,taking Heilongjiang hemp as the research object,the effect of pretreatment on the efficiency of continuous flow biological degumming is explored by adjusting the pretreatment method and the additives.Based on the physical properties of the fibers,it has been confirmed that the pre-treatment method of boiling with 2%sodium hydroxide for 1.5 h can shorten the anaerobic continuous flow biological degumming time of hemp from 72 h to 48 h,providing reference for the industrial application of anaerobic continuous flow biological degumming technology.
