摘  要:为了研究弹性导电纱线制备的柔性应变传感器的纵向拉伸电学性能,采用弹性导电纱线和涤纶纱线,经电脑横机织造了3种组织的传感器。通过重复拉伸试验,测试传感器在纵向拉伸下的电阻变化、灵敏度、线性度、重复性和滞后性,分析了弹性导电纱线对柔性应变传感器性能的影响。试验结果表明:相较于非弹性导电纱线织造的传感器,弹性导电纱线的电阻变化率、灵敏度、线性度、重复性提升,滞后性下降。In order to study the longitudinal tensile electrical properties of the flexible strain sensor made of elastic conductive yarn,three kinds of fabrics are woven by computer flat knitting machine with the elastic conductive yarn and polyester yarn.The resistance,sensitivity,linearity,repeatability and hysteresis of the sensor are measured by repeated tensile tests.The influence of elastic conductive yarn on the performance of flexible strain sensor is analyzed.The results show that compared with non-elastic conductive yarn weaving sensor,the resistance change rate,sensitivity,linearity,and repeatability of elastic conductive yarns are improved,while the hysteresis is reduced.
