摘 要:为探究纬纱中远红外涤纶长丝含量和织物组织结构对织物远红外性能的影响,以普通涤纶丝为经纱,远红外涤纶长丝与黏胶长丝为纬纱,试织了14种不同规格的织物试样。测试各试样的远红外辐射温升、远红外发射率以及体表皮肤微循环血流灌注量,对织物的远红外性能进行综合评定。结果表明:随着纬纱中远红外涤纶长丝含量的增加,织物的远红外温升和发射率逐渐增强;纬纱中远红外涤纶长丝含量不同时,织物对体表皮肤微循环血流促进效用方面存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);当织物组织为蜂巢组织时,织物的远红外温升和发射性能最好;当组织结构为平纹时,织物对体表皮肤微循环血流促进效果最差;当织物组织不同时,织物对体表皮肤微循环血流的促进效用不存在显著差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。To investigate the influence of the content of far-infrared polyester filament and fabric structure on the far-infrared performance of fabrics in weft yarns,14 different specifications of fabric samples are tested using ordinary polyester filament as warp yarn,and far-infrared polyester filament and viscose filament as weft yarns.Then,the temperature rise of far-infrared radiation,far-infrared emissivity and blood perfusion of human skin microcirculation are measured to comprehensively evaluate the far-infrared performance of the fabric.The results show that with the increase of the content of far-infrared polyester filament in the weft yarn,the far-infrared temperature rise and emissivity of the fabric gradually increase;The content of far-infrared polyester filament in weft yarn has significant difference in observing the effect of fabric on promoting microcirculation and blood flow of human skin(P<0.05);When the fabric is honeycombed,the far-infrared temperature rise and emission properties of the fabric are the best;When the tissue structure is plain,the fabric has the worst effect on promoting the microcirculation and blood flow of human skin;There is no significant difference in the effect of different fabrics on observing the microcirculation and blood flow of human skin,and there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).
