摘  要:综述了当前电子功能纱的研究现状,介绍了欧盟PASTA项目开发的E-Thread、诺丁汉特伦特大学研发的E-yarn和麻省理工学院研发的二极管光纤。分析这3种电子功能纱的结构和原理。概述了在当前技术基础上开发的电子功能纱应变传感器。总结了电子功能纱在制备技术、传感性能表征和评价指标等方面的问题,为今后电子功能纱的发展提供方向。An overview of the current research status of electronic functional yarns has been made,introducing the E-Thread developed by the European Union’s PASTA project,the E-yarn developed by the University of Trent in Nottingham,and the diode fiber developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.The structure and principles of these three electronic functional yarns are analyzed.An overview of electronic functional yarn strain sensors is developed on the basis of current technology.The issues in preparation technology,sensing performance characterization,and evaluation indicators of electronic functional yarns are summarized,providing direction for the future development of electronic functional yarns.
