石墨烯改性沥青基中间相炭微球的制备

摘  要:以石墨烯改性的沥青为原料,采用热聚合方法制备中间相炭微球。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等表征手段对炭微球形貌及结构进行研究,结果表明:氧化石墨烯添加量为1.5%,石墨烯改性沥青为400℃时,炭微球的形成过程为一次生长成型,不同聚合时间对炭微球的形貌和尺寸影响不大,可得到粒度分布均匀的中间相炭微球。Using graphene modified asphalt as raw material,mesophase carbon microspheres were prepared by thermal polymerization method.The formation and structure of carbon microspheres were studied using characterization methods such as scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that graphene modified asphalt with a 1.5%addition of graphene oxide formed carbon microspheres in one growth at 400℃.Different polymerization times had little effect on the morphology and size of carbon microspheres,and mesophase carbon microspheres with uniform particle size distribution could be obtained.
