摘 要:枞树型叶根铣刀是加工汽轮机叶片叶根的重要工具,相比传统的直槽铣刀具,螺旋槽式枞树型叶根铣刀具有切削快、效率高、寿命长等优点,能减少刀具切削力和振动,提高枞树型叶根表面的加工质量。本文重点研究了螺旋槽式枞树型叶根铣刀的毛坯预制工艺,将NUMROTOPLUS、PRO/E、VERICUT三种软件结合创建刀具三维模型并预制成品毛坯,运用ANSYS软件对模型进行仿真,验证刀具芯厚、前角等参数的合理性;使用NUMROTO软件对刀具进行精加工路径规划与仿真模拟验证;采用SAACKE UWIF五轴工具磨床完成刀具的精加工,并对刀具进行检测,结果显示该工艺方案切实可行。Fir-type root milling cutter is an important tool for processing the blade roots of a steam turbine.Compare with the traditional straight-groove milling cutter,the spiral groove type FIR-type root milling cutter has the advantage of quick cutting,high efficiency,long service life,reduced cutting force and vibration of the cutter,and improve processing quality of the leaf roots surface of FIR-type blade.The prefabrication technology of the spiral groove type fir-tree root milling tool is mainly studied.Firstly,NUMROTOPLUS,PRO/E,and VERICUT are used to create a three-dimensional model of the cutting tool and to pre-fabricate a work blank.Secondly,ANSYS software is used to simulate the model to verify the rationality of parameters such as the thickness of the cutter core and rake angle.Then NUMROTO software is used to simulate and verify the tool path planning and simulation.Finally,the SAACKE UWIF five-axis tool grinder is used to finish the cutting tool precisely,and the tool is inspected.The result shows that the process plan is feasible.
