摘  要:目的:通过对化妆品中31中抗感染药物含量检测的不确定度评定,分析对抗感染药物定量检测产生影响的相关因素。方法:根据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)中化妆品中抗感染类药物的检测方法,按照JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和JJF 1135—2005《化学分析测量不确定度评定》中的有关规定,建立UPLC-MS/MS法测定化妆品中31种抗感染药物含量的不确定度数学模型,并对不确定度来源进行分析和评定。结果:标准物质本身的不确定度和标准工作溶液的配制过程是该方法的测量不确定度主要来源。结论:评定结果可作为化妆品中抗感染药物的测定提供理论参考。(Objective)The uncertainty of content detection of 31 anti-infection drugs in cosmetics was analyzed and related factors affecting the quantitative detection of cosmetics were analyzed.(Methods)According to the determination of anti-infective drug in cosmetics in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 Edition),according to JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and JJF 1135-2005 Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis Measurement,a mathematical model for the determination of 31 anti-infection drugs was established,and the source of uncertainty was analyzed and evaluated.(Results)The measurement uncertainty of this method mainly came from the standard substance and the preparation process of a series of standard working solutions.(Conclusion)The evaluation results can provide a theoretical reference for the determination of anti-infective drugs in Cosmetics.
