摘 要:河南农业职业学院是中国特色高水平种子生产与经营专业(群)建设单位,生物化学课程是种子生产与经营专业重要的基础课程之一。以问卷调查表和学生工作岗位为基础,开发课程教学资源,重构项目化课程体系,渗透思政元素,应用PBL、OBE和线上线下混合式教学法开展三教改革。着力在岗位能力提升、专业知识融合应用和爱国爱农情怀三方面发力,构建具有“职业—科学文化—学以致用”三素养,具有“爱国—奋斗—爱农”三情怀的现代种业复合型人才培育体系,并依托三多考核评价体系对三教教学改革效果进行评价,有效的提升了学生的培养质量。Henan Agricultural Vocational College is a construction unit of high-level seed production and management specialty(group)with chinese characteristics,the course of biochemistry is one of the important basic courses for the specialty of seed production and management.Based on the questionnaire and students’working posts,this research develops curriculum teaching resources,reconstructs project-based curriculum system,permeates ideological and political elements,and applies PBL,OBE and online-offline hybrid teaching methods to carry out the three-education reform.We should focus on three aspects:the improvement of post ability,the integration and application of professional knowledge,and the feelings of patriotism and love for farmers,to construct a comprehensive talent cultivation system of modern seed industry with three qualities of“Occupation-scientific culture-learning for application”and three feelings of“Patriotism-struggle-love agriculture”,and rely on three more assessment system to evaluate the teaching reform of three teaching,effectively improve the quality of student training.
