摘 要:针对复杂机床结构优化过程中,通常难以处理各个设计参数之间的关联关系的问题,提出了一种结合数值模拟和优化算法进行多目标优化设计的方法。在Isight平台中调用SolidWorks和Workbench插件进行试验设计,通过最优拉丁超立方试验设计方法(optimal latin hypercube algorithm,OLHA)设计样本点,用生成的样本点构建泛克里金近似模型,并使用交叉验证证明模型的可靠性和有效性,以最大位移变形量最小和一阶固有频率最大为优化目标,运用多岛遗传算法(multi-island genetic algorithm,MIGA)进行寻优计算来获取最优解。优化后的一阶固有频率为221.31 Hz,较优化前增加了8.43%,最大变形为0.001 888 mm,减小了18.45%,实现了机架的多目标优化设计。A multi-objective optimization design method combining numerical simulation and optimization algorithms is proposed to address the problem of difficulty in handling the correlation between various design parameters in the optimization process of complex machine tool structures.The SolidWorks and Workbench plug-ins are called in the Isight platform for experimental design.The sample points are designed by the optimal latin hypercube algorithm(OLHA),and the universal Kriging approximation model is constructed with the generated sample points.The reliability and effectiveness of the model are proved by cross validation.With the minimum maximum displacement deformation and the maximum first-order natural frequency as the optimization objectives,the multi-island genetic algorithm(MIGA)is used for optimization calculation to obtain the optimal solution.The optimized first-order natural frequency is 221.31 Hz,an increase of 8.43%compared to before optimization,and the maximum deformation is 0.001888 mm,a decrease of 18.45%,achieving multi-objective optimi-zation design of the rack.
