摘 要:为进一步提高磨粒流抛光TC4钛合金的加工效率及质量,提出机械振动辅助磨粒流抛光方法,进行磨粒流抛光TC4钛合金试验,探究机械振动对工件的材料去除效率、表面粗糙度和表面形貌的影响,分析其变化规律。结果表明:在抛光过程中,对工件施加机械振动辅助,抛光液“剪切增稠”效应增强,磨粒去除工件表面材料的能力增加;相比于无机械振动,有机械振动条件下工件的材料去除效率提高19.90%,表面粗糙度降低19.58%,工件表面划痕、凹陷等加工缺陷减少,提高了表面质量,为实际的生产加工积累经验和提供基础数据。In order to further improve the processing efficiency and quality of abrasive flow polishing TC4 titanium alloy,a mechanical vibration-assisted abrasive flow polishing method was proposed,and the abrasive flow polishing test of TC4 titanium alloy was carried out to explore the influence of mechanical vibration on the material removal efficiency,surface roughness and surface topography of the workpiece.The results show that when mechanical vibration is applied to the workpiece,the“shear thickening”effect of the polishing fluid is enhanced,and the ability of abrasive particles to remove the surface material of the workpiece is increased.Compared with no mechanical vibration,the material removal efficiency of the workpiece with mechanical vibration is increased by 19.90%,the surface roughness is reduced by 19.58%,the processing defects such as scratches and depressions on the workpiece surface are reduced,and the surface quality is improved,which can accumulate experience and provide basic data for the actual production and processing.
