摘　　要：文章将数字化技术引入多进程、多工序的项目管理,基于BIM平台的数据分析和全过程建设融合机制,构建面向大规模群体建筑全生命周期的BIM体系和管理模式,为大规模群体建筑全生命周期管理模式探索可行的技术路线。This paper introduces digital technology into multi-process and multi-process project management,builds BIM system and management mode for the whole life cycle of large-scale group buildings based on the integration mechanism of data analysis and whole process construction of BIM platform,and explores a feasible technical route for the whole life cycle management mode of large-scale group buildings.
