摘 要:肾脏损伤带来人体内环境紊乱,可损伤内皮细胞、激活血小板及凝血纤溶系统,使机体处于高凝状态,促进血栓形成。动静脉异常血栓形成是各种肾脏疾病的常见、多发的并发症,严重影响患者预后,尤其是在肾病综合征、慢性肾脏病以及维持性血液透析患者群体中。了解各种肾脏疾病中血栓形成机制对制定抗凝方案、改善患者预后有着重大意义。Kidney injury causes the derangement of homeostasis,which damages endothelial cells,and activates platelets,blood coagulation and fibrinolysis system,leading to a hypercoagulation state to facilitate thrombosis.Thrombosis in arteries and veins is a common and frequent complication of various kidney diseases,seriously affecting the prognosis of patients,especially in patients with nephrotic syndrome,chronic kidney disease and maintenance hemodialysis patients.Understanding the mechanism of thrombosis in various kidney diseases is of great importance for developing anticoagulation regimens and improving patient prognosis.
