摘　　要：肝移植是治疗终末期肝病最行之有效的方法,但由于术后环境改变、疼痛、免疫抑制药物应用等原因,患者往往遭受多方面身体不适。睡眠障碍为肝移植术后ICU期间普遍存在的症状之一,其不仅会使患者出现躯体不适,亦会引发各种负性情绪,减缓术后组织愈合,影响移植术后受体恢复、降低患者生活质量。本文对肝移植术后ICU期间睡眠障碍发生的危险因素及护理干预措施进行回顾及总结,为患者预防和治疗在肝移植术后ICU期间睡眠障碍,促进受体术后快速恢复、提高其生活质量提供参考。Liver transplantation is the most effective treatment for end-stage liver disease,but the recipient often suffers from various physical discomfort due to postoperative environmental changes,pain,immunosuppressive drugs and other reasons.Sleep disorder is one of the common symptoms in ICU after liver transplantation,which will not only cause physical discomfort of patients,but also cause various negative emotions,slow down postoperative tissue healing,affect the recovery of the recipient after transplantation,and reduce their quality of life.In this paper,the risk factors and nursing intervention measures of sleep disorders in ICU after liver transplantation were reviewed and summarized,in order to provide reference for improving the prevention and treatment plan,promoting the rapid postoperative recovery,and improving the quality of life of the recipient.
