摘　　要：目的分析脑卒中运动性失语患者,实施小组治疗模式的相关应用效果。方法以句容市人民医院神经内科在2023年3月至2023年11月期间收治的脑卒中后运动性失语患者为对象进行研究,按方便采样法抽取80例展开随机分组操作,对照组(n=40)采用常规护理照护模式,实验组(n=40)采用常规护理+小组治疗模式。观察两组患者干预前后波士顿诊断性失语检查法(BDAE)失语症严重损伤程度分级、实用性交流能力评定分析、抑郁情绪评定结果,最终根据中国式功能性语言沟通能力检查法(CFCP)进行疗效评定。结果干预后实验组患者的实用性交流能力评定分析评分、抑郁情绪改善均优于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后运动性失语患者在采取小组治疗模式后,可帮助绝大多数患者正确运用语言,并且沟通交流能力也有显著提升。此外,患者在运动性失语方面的情感障碍也有了一定改善,避免了患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的逐步发生,帮助患者增强了进入社会的自信心。因此,小组治疗模式在脑卒中后运动性失语患者中的应用价值较为理想,值得全面借鉴及推广。Objective To analyze the effect of group therapy on stroke patients with motor aphasia.Methods 80 patients with post-stroke motor aphasia,who were treated in the department of Neurology of our hospital from March 2023 to November 2023,were randomly divided into two groups according to the convenient sampling method,the control group(N=40)received routine nursing care,while the experimental group(N=40)received routine nursing care plus group therapy.Before and after the intervention,the severity of aphasia,functional communication ability,and Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination(BDAE)Aphasia Severity Rating Scale of the patients were observed.The curative effect was evaluated according to CFCP score.Results After intervention,the scores of practical communication ability and depression in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with post-stroke motor aphasia,the group therapy model can help the majority of patients to use language correctly and has the remarkable promotion effect on the patients’communication ability.In addition,for the patients,the problem of emotional disorder in motor aphasia has improved to a certain extent,which could avoid the gradual occurrence of depression and anxiety in patients,and help patients enter the social self-confidence.Therefore,the application value is more ideal,and it is worth to be learned from and promoted the use.
