PDCA循环管理在急危重症孕产妇院前急救及转运中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察院前急救及转运急危重症孕产妇中PDCA循环管理的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2022年2月至2023年2月本院急危重症孕产妇80例,依据院前急救及转运方法分为PDCA循环管理组、常规院前急救组两组,每组各40例。结果PDCA循环管理组孕产妇的接诊时间、院前转运时间、抢救室滞留时间均短于常规院前急救组,电话交接不全、转运平车颠簸、监护仪蓄电不良、忽视孕产妇及其家属情绪、护理交接单记录不全发生率均低于常规院前急救组,健康知识掌握度评分、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP)评分均高于常规院前急救组,自然分娩率高于常规院前急救组,剖宫产率低于常规院前急救组,不良妊娠结局发生率低于常规院前急救组,急救药品管理、病房管理、重点环节管理、文书管理、基础护理、特级护理评分及护理质量总分均高于常规院前急救组(P<0.05)。结论院前急救及转运急危重症孕产妇中PDCA循环管理的应用效果较常规院前急救好。Objective To observe the application effect of PDCA cycle management in pre-hospital first aid and transportation of critically ill pregnant and postpartum women.Methods A retrospective selection was conducted on 80 critically ill pregnant and postpartum women in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023.According to pre-hospital first aid and transportation methods,they were divided into two groups:the PDCA circulation management group and the conventional pre-hospital first aid group,with 40 cases in each group.Results Comparing to the conventional pre-hospital first aid group,in the PDCA circulation management group,the receiving time,pre-hospital transfer time,and emergency room retention time in the PDCA circulation management group were shorter;the incidence of incomplete phone handover,bumpy transport vehicles,poor battery storage of monitors,neglect of patient and their family emotions,and incomplete nursing handover record were lower;the health knowledge mastery score and HPLP score were higher;the natural delivery rate was higher;the cesarean section rate was lower;the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower;The scores of emergency drug management,ward management,key link management,document management,basic nursing,special nursing,and total nursing quality were all higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PDCA cycle management in pre hospital emergency and transportation of critically ill pregnant and postpartum women is better than that of conventional pre-hospital emergency.
