数智赋能公共图书馆服务体系创新的理论思考及实现路径

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探索数智赋能公共图书馆服务体系创新的适切性、困境及实现等问题,有助于明晰公共文化服务高质量发展的路径和蓝图。[方法/过程]综合运用网络调研法、文献调研法与案例分析法,探讨数智赋能公共图书馆服务体系创新的现实意义,分析总结发展现状,揭示现实困境,在此基础上,提出具体实现路径。[结果/结论]数智赋能公共图书馆服务体系建设存在优势与风险,需要从用户、馆员、资源、空间、技术5个路径寻求赋能切入点及方式,推动公共图书馆服务体系创新。[Purpose/Significance]It is helpful to clarify the path and blueprint for the high-quality development of public cultural services by exploring the relevance,dilemma and implementation of public library service system innovation under the background of digital intelligence.[Method/Process]With network research,literature research and case analysis,this article explored the practical significance of the innovation of public library service system in digital intelligence,analyzed and summarized the current development status,revealed the current difficulties,and proposed specific realization paths.[Result/Conclusion]There are advantages and risks in the public library service system construction in digital intelligence.It is necessary to seek empowerment entry points and methods from five paths:users,librarians,resources,space,and technology,and promote innovation in the public library service system.
