摘  要:综述了近年来极压剂硫化异丁烯合成技术和应用研究进展。硫化异丁烯合成技术进展主要集中在合成工艺改进和降低臭味,应用研究主要集中在降低铜腐蚀性、风电领域、涡轮蜗杆齿轮油、无灰型车辆齿轮油和可生物降解的主轴承密封脂等方面。展望了极压剂硫化异丁烯的发展前景。The research progress on the synthesis technology and application of extreme pressure agent sulfurized isobutylene in recent years was reviewed.The progress in the synthesis technology of sulfurized isobutylene mainly focused on environmental improvements such as process improvement and reduction of odor.Application research mainly focused on reduction of copper corrosiveness,the field of wind power,turbine and worm gear oil,ash free vehicle gear oil,and biodegradable main bearing sealing grease.And the development prospects of sulfurized isobutylene as extreme pressure agents were also put forwarded.
