摘  要:渤海油田某生产井A井稳产后相比于邻井产量较低,根据生产动态变化、储层物性和流体性质特征分析,确定了该井的污染原因;通过原油黏度测定及降粘实验优选出重垢清洗剂对该井原油具有良好的降粘效果,并通过实验测定了不同温度下重垢清洗剂对石蜡的溶解速率;对比了传统乳状液与自研新型PA-EA分流体系对岩心的封堵率。结果发现,PA-EA分流剂的封堵性能高于传统乳状液,封堵率提升10.05%;通过岩屑溶蚀实验优选出10%盐酸+4%多氢酸1+6%多氢酸2的酸液配比能获得较高的溶蚀率。结合邻井使用的具有良好解堵效果的络合酸和联合酸复合酸液体系,确定了A井的解堵体系。通过现场应用发现,A井酸化后有效采液指数提高了7.8倍,措施效果明显。After stable production in a production well A of Bohai Kenli oilfield,the production rate was lower than that of adjacent wells.Based on the analysis of production performance changes,reservoir physical properties,and fluid properties,the pollution cause of the well has been determined.By measuring the viscosity of crude oil and conducting viscosity reduction experiments,the heavy scale cleaning agent was selected to have a good viscosity reduction effect on the well's crude oil.The dissolution rate of paraffin by the heavy scale cleaning agent at different temperatures was measured through experimental experiments.A comparison was made between the sealing efficiency of traditional emulsion and the self-developed new PA-EA diversion system for cores.The experimental results showed that the sealing performance of PA-EA diversion agent was higher than that of traditional emulsion,with a sealing efficiency increase of 10.05%.The optimal acid solution ratio of 10%hydrochloric acid+4%polyhydric acid 1+6%polyhydric acid 2 was selected through rock debris dissolution experiments to achieve a high dissolution rate.Combined with the complex acid and combined acid composite acid systems used in adjacent wells with good blockage removal effects,the blockage removal system for well A was determined.Through on-site application,it was found that the effective production index of well A increased by 7.8 times after acidification,and the effectiveness of themeasures was significant.
