摘　　要：采用乳化及高速剪切分散工艺制备10%驱蚊酯驱蚊乳,对配方中的乳化剂、缓冲剂、防冻剂、增稠剂和防腐剂进行筛选及优化。确定的最佳配方为:驱蚊酯10%、α-红没药醇0.3%、鲸蜡硬脂醇2%、鲸蜡硬脂醇基葡糖苷2%、二甲基硅氧烷1.0%、1,2-丙二醇5%、柠檬酸0.1%、柠檬酸钠0.8%、黄原胶0.5%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.1%、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.1%和去离子水补至100%(质量分数)。采用该方法制备的10%驱蚊酯驱蚊乳不含酒精,稳定性好,驱蚊时效可达6.5h,能有效满足使用人员长时间驱蚊的需求。Ethyl butylacetylaminopropionate(BAAPE)repellent 1o%lotion was prepared by emulsification and high-speed shearing and dispersion processes,and some main adjuvants of the formulation such as emulsifiers,buffers,antifreezes,thickeners,and preservatives were screened.The optimum formula of BAAPE repellent 10%lotion was as followed:ethyl butylacetylaminopropionate 10%,a-bisabolol 0.3%,cetearyl alcohol 2%,cetearyl glucoside 2%,dimethylsiloxane 1.0%,propylene glycol 5%,citric acid 0.1%,sodium citrate 0.8%,xanthan gum 0.5%,methyl p-hydroxybenzoate 0.1%,propyl p-hydroxybenzoate 0.1%,and deionized water adding to 100%mass fraction.It was showed by the experimental test that BAAPE repellent 10%lotion prepared by this method does not contain alcohol,has good stability,and the mosquito repellent effect of this product can reach 6.5 hours and which can effectively meet the needs of users for long-term mosquito repellent.
