摘 要:得益于有机半导体的固有优点,包括分子结构可设计、溶液法可加工和机械柔性良好,以及其自身多参数、信号可调控以及高集成性等特点,场效应晶体管为气体传感器的发展注入了新活力.基于有机场效应晶体管(OFET)的气体传感器研究取得了显著进展,展现出了卓越的传感性能.本文综述了自2018年以来,OFET气体传感器领域的最新研究进展,包括化学敏感材料、界面工程、半导体层微结构调控以及柔性OFET气体传感器、集成电路和集成阵列方面的进展.最后,对有机场效应晶体管在气体传感器中的应用进行了简要的总结和展望.本综述旨在全面而深入地解析基于OFET的气体传感器,以促进科研人员对其基本工作原理和性能的深入理解并为高性能气体传感器的制造和相关产业的蓬勃发展提供有价值的参考和启示.Thanks to the inherent advantages of organic semiconductors,including the designability of molecular structures,the processability of solution method and good mechanical flexibility,as well as the inherent advantages of field-effect transistors,including multi-parameter,signal tunable and high integration,gas sensors based on organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)have made significant research progress and obtained excellent sensing performance.In this paper,we review the latest research progress in the OFET gas sensors in the past several years,especially since 2018,including the progress of chemical sensitive materials,interface engineering,microstructure regulation of semiconductor layers,flexible OFET gas sensors,integrated circuits and integrated arrays.Finally,the application of OFETs in gas sensors is briefly summarized and discussed.This review will provide a comprehensive and basic understanding of gas sensors based on OFETs,and benefit the fabrication of high-performance gas sensors and the development of related industries.
