翻译的国家性——翻译学知识拓展的新向度

摘　　要：当前,我国哲学社会科学正积极推动具有中国主体性的三大体系建设,创新知识发展的路径和拓展知识增长的向度,是实现三大体系建设目标的基础性工作。如果没有对基本问题的持续关注,没有对自身基础理论的锤炼和争鸣,没有对前提性论述的批评性反思,学界就无法在学科知识体系上实现真正的创新发展。翻译的国家性是我国翻译学者开拓出的新研究维度,是对翻译作为国家行为和国家能力建设的理论认识。本文梳理了翻译学问题域的发展线索,辨析了翻译的国家性概念建立的事实基础,提出深化翻译的国家性研究的路径。At present,scholars in the circle of humanities and social sciences are committing to the construction of the academic system,the disciplinary system,and the discursive system with Chinese subjectivity.And exploring new paths for knowledge development and new directions for knowledge expansion is the fundamental work to achieve the goal.If there is no sustained attention to fundamental issues,no refining of the basic theories,and no critical reflections on the premises of the discipline,it is impossible to truly achieve innovations in the disciplinary knowledge system.The stateness of translation,which corresponds to the theoretical basis for studying translation as a state behavior and as a way to improve the national translation capacity,is a new dimension in translation studies developed by Chinese translation scholars.This article outlines the development clues of the problem domain in translation studies,analyzes the factual basis for the establishment of the concept of stateness of translation,and proposes a path to deepen the research on the stateness of translation.
