我国灵活就业群体社会保障研究的回顾与展望——基于CNKI数据库的可视化计量分析

摘　　要：使用Cite Space软件与文献计量学方法,对CNKI数据库中近二十年内我国灵活就业群体社会保障问题的研究成果进行可视化分析。研究表明:我国灵活就业群体社会保障问题的研究热度呈现阶段性稳定、节点性爆发的态势;研究力量集中在高校机构,与研究者之间的合作有待加强;研究热点围绕在社会保险完善、养老保险参保、医疗保险问题、工伤保险制度等方面,最新前沿研究集中在新业态从业人员劳动权益问题、灵活就业群体职业伤害保障及劳动关系确认。分析得出未来的研究将更加关注如何扩充灵活就业社会保险种类、如何平衡不同地区与群体之间差距等内容,加强学术机构和学者间的合作交流,注重研究内容的多元化与研究方法的多样化。Using Cite Space software and bibliometric methods,the research resultson social security of China's flexible employment groups in CNKI database in the past two decades were visualized and analyzed.The study shows that the research heat of the social security problems of flexible employment groups in China presents the trend of stage stability and nodal outbreak;the research power is concentrated in university institutions,and the cooperation with researchers needs to be strengthened;the research hotspots are centered on the improvement of social insurance,the participation of old-age insurance,the problems of medical insurance,and the system of occupational injury insurance,etc.,and the latest cutting-edge researches are concentrated in the problems of labor rights and interests of the practitioners of the new industry,the problems of the occupational injuries protection of flexible employment groups,and the problems of labor relations.The latest cutting-edge research focuses on the labor rights and interests of employees in new industries,the protection of occupational injuries of flexible employment groups and the confirmation of labor relations.The analysis concludes that future research will pay more attention to how to expand the types of social insurance for flexible employment,how to balance the gap between different regions and groups,strengthen the cooperation and exchange between academic institutions and scholars,and focus on the diversification of research content and research methods.
