摘  要:裸眼封隔器是裸眼分段酸压工艺最关键的井下工具,其性能等级和结构特点决定该工艺的作业边界,而目前裸眼封隔器的耐温、耐压性能已经无法满足顺北油气田超深井的作业要求。因此,通过材质优选和结构创新,设计出一款耐温204℃,耐压105 MPa的新型超高温高压裸眼封隔器,其长胶筒密封结构对裂缝性储层有更好的适应性;双活塞结构大大降低了坐封压力,有利于多裸眼封隔器同时坐封。现场应用表明,新型超高温高压裸眼封隔器可靠性高,密封能力强,能够有效解决顺北油气田超深井实施裸眼分段酸压工艺的技术难题,可在国内外其他超高温高压油气田推广应用。Open hole packer is the most critical downhole tool for open hole staged acid fracturing process,and its performance level and structural characteristics determine the operation boundary of the process,while the temperature and pressure resistance of the current open hole packer can no longer meet the operation requirements of ultra-deep wells in Shunbei oil and gas field.Therefore,through material selection and structural innovation,a new ultra-high-temperature and high-pressure open hole packer with a temperature resistance of 204 and a pressure resistance of 105 MPa is designed,whose long rubber element sealing structure has better adaptability to fractured reservoirs.The doublepiston structure greatly reduces the seat sealing pressure,which is conducive to the simultaneous seat sealing of multiple open hole packers.The field application shows that the new type of ultra-high-temperature and high-pressure open hole packer has high reliability and strong sealing capacity,which can effectively solve the technical difficulties of implementing open hole staged acid fracturing process in ultradeep wells in Shunbei oil and gas field and can be popularized and applied in other ultra-high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas fields at home and abroad.
