摘 要:为开展百吨级矿用自卸车车架疲劳寿命研究,首先,采用HyperMesh仿真软件,对某型矿用自卸车车架开展有限元仿真分析,根据有限元分析结果,选择应力集中部位进行动态应力应变测试,并将车架有限元仿真结果导入疲劳分析软件以计算疲劳寿命。其次,在车架有限元仿真分析的基础上,采用电阻应变片测量法,在露天煤矿现场,开展矿用自卸车车架关键部位动态应力应变测试。通过对大量试验数据进行整理分析,得出各测试点动态应力分布情况,选取最优试验数据作为疲劳寿命计算的载荷谱。最后,采用专业疲劳分析软件Ncode进行车架疲劳寿命分析,导入车架静力学分析结果,依据时间序列定义的应力载荷公式,对试验采集的车架动态应力数据进行处理,生成时间序列载荷谱,结合材料的S-N曲线,进行车架关键部位的疲劳寿命计算,并对计算结果加以分析和比较。研究表明,该型矿用自卸车车架寿命整体水平较高,但部分应力集中部位疲劳寿命较短,且与车架实际出现过开裂的部位基本吻合,表明疲劳寿命计算结果具有一定的可信度,所作研究可为自卸车制造厂家车架结构优化提供理论支撑。To study the fatigue life of frame of 100-tonnage mining dumper,firstly,simulation software HyperMesh is used to carry out finite element analysis on the frame of a mining dumper,the stress concentrated parts are selected for dynamic stress-strain testsbased on the results of finite element analysis,and the finite element simulation results of the frame are imported into the fatigue analysis software to calculate the fatigue life.Secondly,based on the finite element simulation and analysis of the frame,the dynamic stress-strain testson key parts of the frame of the mining dumper are carried out in the open-pit coal mine by using the resistance strain gauge measurement method.By collating and analyzing a large amount of test data,the dynamic stress distribution at each test point is obtained,and the optimal test data is selected as the load spectrum for fatigue life calculation.Finally,the professional fatigue analysis software Ncode is used to analyze the fatigue life of the frame,the static analysis results of the frame are imported,the dynamic stress data of the frame collected from tests is processed based on the stressload formula defined by the time series to generate the time series-load spectrum,the fatigue life of key parts of the frame is calculated in combination with the S-N curve of the material,and the calculation results are analyzed and compared.The research shows that,the overall level of the service life of the mining dumper frame is high,but some stress concentrated parts have a shortfatigue life and are basically consistent with the actually crackedparts of the frame,indicating that the results of fatigue life calculation have a certain degree of credibility.The research provides a theoretical support for the optimization of the frame structure for dumper manufacturers.
