摘  要:针对现阶段工程装备维修保障能力缺少有效评估方法的问题,提出一种基于Delphi-AHP-GCM的维修保障能力评估方法。该方法首先采用Delphi法构建维修保障能力评估指标体系,经过两轮专家评估,对指标进行筛选和可行性验证,在传统层次分析法的基础上引入专家初定的指标权重均值作为衡量各指标重要性的标度,对每个层级指标的权重进行科学赋值,采用灰色聚类分析法对整个系统进行评估打分。应用该方法对某机械设备厂的维修保障能力进行评估,评估结果表明构建的指标体系客观有效,科学合理,评估结果准确。In view of the lack of effective evaluation method for engineering equipment maintenance support capability at the current stage,a maintenance support capability evaluation method based on Delphi-AHPGCM is proposed.This method firstly adopts the Delphi method to construct the maintenance support capabilityevaluation indicator system,and after two rounds of expert evaluation,the indicators are screened,and feasibility is verified.On the basis of the traditional analytic hierarchy process,the mean value of the indicator weights initially determined by the experts is introduced as a scale for measuring the importance of each indicator,the weight of the indicator at each level is assigned scientifically,and the grey fix-weight clustering analysis method is used to evaluate and score the whole system.This method is applied to evaluate the maintenance support capability of a mechanical equipment factory,the evaluation results show that the constructed indicator system is objective,effective,scientific and reasonable,and the evaluation results are accurate.
