摘　　要：在传统制造企业的非标准、定制化研发流程中,经常存在设计师系统的文件管理、版本管理混乱,软件适用性差,设计效率低,标准件、设计资料、产品模型库资源少,无相关审批管控,设计与制造脱离造成图物存在差异或因设计原因导致制造周期拉长等问题。结合市场上成熟的PLM系统和TC系统,提出适合企业自身的非标准、定制化业务的设计师系统解决方案,介绍研发现状,分析系统功能,OA系统解决方案有利于提高企业的市场竞争力。In the non-standard and customized research and development process of traditional manufacturing enterprises,there are often problems such as chaotic file management and version management in the designer system,poor software applicability,low design efficiency,limited resources of standard parts,design data and product model library,lack of relevant approval control,differences between drawings and products caused by the detachment of design from manufacturing,or a long manufacturing cycle due to design reasons.Combined with the mature PLM system and TC system in the market,a designer system solution suitable for the enterprise’s non-standard and customized business is proposed,the research and development status is introduced,the system functions are analyzed,and the OA system solution is conducive to improving the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
