摘　　要：【目的】探索不同草莓品种匍匐茎繁殖特性,为草莓匍匐茎育苗工作提供技术参考。【方法】以‘白色恋人’‘粉玉2号’‘白雪公主’‘桃公主’‘天使’‘红颜’‘惶香’‘妙香7号’‘香野’‘圣诞红’10个草莓品种为试材,采用随机区组设计,3次重复,每个品种为1个处理,各处理使用草莓育苗专用基质定植100株苗,苗木成活后对不同草莓品种的匍匐茎抽生特征、生物学特性、抗性性状进行调查。【结果】‘白雪公主’匍匐茎粗度较细,‘白雪公主’‘桃公主’‘惶香’奇数节不形成苗也不形成匍匐茎,‘红颜’匍匐茎抽生数量最多达到10.6条,‘白色恋人’的匍匐茎始发期最早,‘白色恋人’繁殖系数最高,‘红颜’抗病性较差,‘圣诞红’‘香野’‘粉玉2号’抗病性较强。【结论】在草莓匍匐茎育苗工作中,可根据不同品种的繁殖性状合理确定育苗母株栽培时间、密度和数量,根据不同品种繁殖系数可计算最终出苗数量。【Objective】To explore the reproductive characteristics of strawberry stolon in order to provide technical reference for strawberry stolon seedling.【Methods】Ten strawberry cultivars of‘Baiselianren'‘Fenyu 2'‘Snow White'‘Taogongzhu'‘Angel'‘Hongyan'‘Huangxiang'‘Miaoxiang 7'‘Xiangye'‘Shengdanhong'were selected as the test materials.A random block design was adopted with three repetiations,and each cultivar was treated as one treatment.The stolon extraction characteristics,biological characteristics and resistance characters of different strawberry cultivars were investigated after seedling survival.【Results】The stolons of ‘Snow White'have finer thickness,‘Snow White',‘Taogongzhu' and‘Huangxiang'do not form seedlings or stolons in odd sections,the number of ‘Hongyan' stolons is up to 10.6,the stolons of ‘Baiselianren' have the earliest starting period,the reproductive coefficient of ‘Baiselianren' is the highest,and the disease resistance of ‘Hongyan' is poor.‘Shengdanhong',‘Xiangye' and ‘Fenyu 2' have strong disease resistance.【Conclusion】In the work of strawberry stolon seedling rearing,the cultivation time,density and number of seedling mothers can be reasonably determined according to the reproductive characteristics of different cultivars,and the final number of seedlings can be calculated according to the reproductive coefficient of different varieties.
