摘　　要：糖尿病足是糖尿病的一种严重并发症,是一种治疗难、预后差、费用高、周期长且易反复的复杂性疾病,不仅严重影响患者的生活质量,还增加了经济负担,致使截肢率增高。近年来,国内外治疗糖尿病足的方式越来越丰富多样,从中医到西医,从内科到外科,研究成果丰硕,但是目前对于糖尿病足患者保肢治疗仍是一个重点、难点,需多学科团队联合诊疗,探索更多可应用于临床实践的保肢方案。本文就糖尿病足保肢手术治疗的相关研究进行综述,介绍糖尿病足保肢手术最新研究进展,为临床医师对于糖尿病足患者选择合适保肢手术方式提供参考。Diabetes foot is a serious complication of diabetes.It is a complex disease with difficult treatment,poor prognosis,high cost,long cycle and easy repetition,which not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients,but also increases the economic burden,leading to an increased amputation rate.In recent years,the ways of treating diabetes foot at home and abroad have become more and more abundant and diverse.From traditional Chinese medicine to western medicine,from internal medicine to surgery,the research results are fruitful.However,limb salvage treatment for patients with diabetes foot is still a key and difficult point at present.It needs multidisciplinary team to jointly diagnose and treat,and explore more limb salvage schemes that can be applied to clinical practice.This article reviews the related research on diabetes foot salvage surgery,introduces the latest research progress of diabetes foot salvage surgery,and provides a reference for clinicians to select appropriate limb salvage surgery for diabetes foot patients.
