摘 要:[目的/意义]结合当前个性化推荐算法的广泛应用,梳理信息弱势群体在使用短视频平台过程中算法素养的形成机理,识别信息弱势群体算法素养的影响因素,为信息弱势群体算法素养培育工作提供依据。[研究设计/方法]采用扎根理论,利用Nvivo12对访谈资料进行三阶段编码,最终构建信息弱势群体与短视频内容推荐算法交互中算法素养的形成机理与影响因素模型,对信息弱势群体的算法素养展开探索性研究。[结论/发现]信息弱势群体在短视频平台的使用过程中对内容推荐算法的感知主要由与算法的交互、用户兴趣点的变化、使用平台的更换、与他人的比较所触发,同时受用户使用短视频平台的目的以及自主权意识的影响。此外,算法素养的各组成部分之间并不独立:用户对内容推荐算法逻辑的理解水平受其对算法的感知程度影响。理解内容推荐算法较深的用户在使用短视频平台时会保持较为批判的态度,并采取积极的算法调控行为。[创新/价值]深化了短视频平台交互中算法素养的形成机理并提炼了相关影响因素,为信息弱势群体算法素养培育工作提供对策。[Purpose/Significance]Based on the widespread application of personalized recommendation algorithms,this article sorts out the formation mechanism of algorithm literacy(AL)of information vulnerable groups in the process of using short video platforms,identifies the influencing factors of AL of information vulnerable groups,and provides a basis for the cultivation of AL of information vulnerable groups.[Design/Methodology]Using grounded theory,this paper encoded interview data in three stages by the Nvivo12,construct a model of the formation mechanism and influencing factors of AL in the interaction between information vulnerable groups and short video content recommendation algorithms,then carried out an exploratory study on the AL of information vulnerable groups.[Findings/Conclusion]The perception of content recommendation algorithms by information vulnerable groups in the process of using short video platforms is mainly triggered by interactions with the algorithm,changes in user interests,replacement of platform used,and comparisons with others.Additionally,the purpose of using short video platforms and the perceived autonomy directly affect their perception of the algorithm.Furthermore,the components of AL are not independent:users'understanding of the internal logic of recommendation algorithms is influenced by their perception of it.Users with a deeper understanding of content recommendation algorithms tend to maintain a critical attitude and adopt proactive algorithm regulation behaviors when using short video platforms.[Originality/Value]The results of this study contribute to deepen the formation mechanism of AL in short video platform interaction,identify relevant influencing factors,and provide suggestions for the cultivation of information vulnerable groups'AL.
