摘　　要：[目的/意义]档案众包作为引入社会力量参与档案事业的有效方式之一,引起了广泛关注。大学生作为党和国家的未来生力军,更是参与此类社会文化活动,成为主力。如何提高大学生档案众包项目参与意愿,各单位如何更好的开展档案众包实践等问题成为关键。[方法/过程]以C-TAM-TPB模型为基础,构建档案众包大学生参与行为影响因素分析模型。在此基础上设计调查问卷,对影响大学生档案众包项目参与意愿的重要因素进行分析。[结果/结论]发现平台易用性、社会导向影响其行为决策,时间及能力、物质奖励等因素影响其参与意愿,对公益性活动的正面评价并非是促成参与行为的重要动因。基于此,从平台建设、档案宣传、众包项目设置、激励措施等方面提出大学生档案众包项目参与意愿的提升策略。[Purpose/significance]As one of the effective ways to introduce social forces to participate in the archives cause,archives crowdsourcing has aroused widespread concern.As the future force of the Party and the country,college students are the main force participating in such social and cultural activities.How to improve the willingness of college students to participate in the file crowdsourcing project and how to better carry out the file crowdsourcing practice have become the key issues.[Methods/process]Based on the C-TAM-TPB model,an analysis model of factors influencing the participation behavior of archive crowdsourcing college students was constructed.On this basis,a questionnaire was designed to analyze the important factors that af fect college students’willingness to participate in crowdsourcing.[Result/conclusion]It is found that the usability and social orientation of the platform affect their behavior decision-making,while time,ability,material rewards and other factors affect their willingness to participate.Positive evaluation of public welfare activities is not an important motivation to promote participation.Based on this,this study proposes strategies to improve the willingness of college students to participate in crowdsourcing projects in terms of platform construction,file publicity,crowdsourcing project settings,incentive measures,etc.
