摘　　要：通过系统回顾我国限制类医疗技术临床应用管理的政策文件,整理限制类医疗技术临床应用管理策略的演变进程,分析限制类医疗技术临床应用管理存在的问题,提出健全医疗技术临床应用管理监督体系、建立医疗技术评估体系并推广实施、加强培训基地建设,培养高水平的同质化专业人才,为卫生行政部门和医疗机构医疗技术临床应用管理提供依据。By systematically reviewing the policy of clinical application and management of restricted medical technology in China,this paper sorts the evolution of management strategy for clinical application of restricted medical technology,and analyzes the problems existing in the management of clinical application of restricted medical technology.Some suggestions are put forward to improve the supervision system for the management of clinical application of medical technology,establish the evaluation system of medical technology and promote its implementation,strengthen the construction of training bases,and train high-level homogenized professionals,so as to provide the basis for clinical application and management of medical technology for health administration departments and medical institutions.
