摘 要:Ti微合金钢在连铸过程中常常会产生粗大TiN析出物导致水口蓄流等问题,而脉冲电流会影响TiN粒子的尺寸大小。建立脉冲电流作用下静态钢液中TiN粒子长大的动力学模型,通过试验数据对模型进行修正,并基于模型探讨电流强度和冷却速率对钢中TiN粒子尺寸的影响。结果表明,相同温度下,钢液中TiN粒子尺寸随电流增大而减小;相同电流下,TiN粒子尺寸随钢液降温过程的进行逐渐减小,降温时间越久其尺寸越小。脉冲电流可有效抑制钢中TiN粒子的长大,且电流强度越大、通电时间越久,抑制效果越好。模型计算结果与试验数据基本吻合,验证了模型的有效性。研究结果为通过脉冲电流实现钢中TiN析出物尺寸的控制提供了理论基础。Ti microalloyed steel often produces thick TiN precipitates in the continuous casting process,which leads to nozzle clogging and other problems,and the electropulsing will affect the size of TiN particles.A kinetic model of TiN particle growth in static molten steel with electropulsing was established.The model was modified by experimental data,and based on the model,the effects of current intensity and cooling rate on TiN particle size in steel were discussed.The results show that the size of TiN particle in molten steel decreases with the increase of current at the same temperature.When the current is the same,the TiN particle size decreases gradually with the cooling process,and the longer the cooling time,the smaller the TiN particle size.The growth of TiN particles in steel can be effectively inhibited by electropulsing,and the inhibitory effect is better with higher current intensity and longer electrification time.The calculated results of the model are basically consistent with the experimental data,which verifies the validity of the model.The results provide a theoretical basis for controlling the size of TiN precipitates in steel by electropulsing.
