摘 要:为提高某钢厂铸机设备利用率和钢产量,将现用6流中间包改造为7流中间包,并通过工业试验对比了改造前后中间包各流钢液温差和铸坯中的夹杂物。结果表明,改造后的中间包不仅提高了生产效率,同时还提高了铸坯质量。以帘线钢为例,7流中间包浇注帘线钢时相比6流中间包各流间的钢液最大温差由平均4.3℃降低至3.0℃,各流钢液的温度标准差降低了32.4%,这有助于稳定各流浇注过热度和铸坯凝固组织。另外,铸坯中的大型夹杂物含量由平均4.52 mg/10 kg降低到1.62 mg/10 kg,显微夹杂物的平均数密度和各流数密度标准差分别降低了47.6%和87.9%。改造后7流中间包对应的铸坯洁净度和各流一致性均显著提高,表明不同的中间包控流方案设计对钢液洁净度有一定影响,在工业生产中不容忽视。通过对中间包流场的物理模拟解释了以上现象。研究结果可为多流中间包的优化改造提供参考。In order to improve the utilization rate of casting machine and steel output in a steel plant,an existing 6-strand tundish was modified into a 7-strand one.The temperature difference of molten steel and inclusions in the casting billet before and after modification were compared by industrial trail.The results show that the modified tundish improves not only the yield of the billet,but also the billet quality.Taking the cord steel as an example,the maximum temperature difference of the molten steel between strands in the 7-strand tundish is reduced from an average of 4.3℃to 3.0℃compared with the 6-strand tundish.The standard deviation of molten steel temperature in each flow is reduced by 32.4%,which is conducive to the stabilization of the superheat for each flow and the solidification structure of the billet.In addition,the content of micro-inclusions in the billet decreases from 4.52 mg/10 kg on average to 1.62 mg/10 kg.The average number density of micro-inclusions and the standard deviation between strands are decreased by 47.6%and 87.9%,respectively.The cleanliness and flow consistency of the billet are significantly improved,indicating that the different tundish flow control devices have a certain influence on the cleanliness of the molten steel,which should be paid enough attention in industrial production.The above phenomenon is explained by the physical simulation of the tundish flow field.The research results can provide reference for the optimization and transformation of multi-strand tundish.
