摘 要:针对连铸坯制备的42CrMo4风电齿圈锻件探伤不合格现象,通过金相腐蚀、扫描电镜和能谱分析等手段对缺陷类型和形成原因进行研究。结果表明,裂纹缺陷的存在是导致42CrMo4风电齿圈锻件超声波探伤不合格的主要原因。裂纹内部无夹杂物产生且周围无氧化物析出,连铸坯内部的成分偏析和冲孔引起的碳富集导致贝氏体组织中析出马氏体条带,组织间变形能力不均匀使合金热处理过程形成锻造裂纹。通过降低连铸坯浇铸温度、优化热处理制度和采用双侧冲孔工艺,该厂生产的42CrMo4齿圈锻件合格率从80%提高至99.6%,基本解决了42CrMo4风电齿圈成品探伤合格率较低的问题。Aiming at the phenomenon of unqualified flaw detection of 42CrMo4 wind turbine gear ring forgings prepared from continuous casting billets,the types of defects and causes of formation were studied by means of metallographic corrosion,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the main reason for the unqualified flaw detection of 42CrMo4 wind turbine gear ring forgings is crack defects.No inclusions inside the crack and no oxide precipitation around,the composition of the continuous casting billet internal segregation and punching caused by carbon enrichment leads to the precipitation of martensite bands in the bainite organization,the organization of the deformation capacity is not uniform so that the alloy heat treatment process to form forging cracks.By reducing the continuous casting billet casting temperature,optimizing the heat treatment system and the use of double-sided punching process,the plant produced 42CrMo4 ring forgings qualified rate from 80%to 99.6%,basically solved the 42CrMo4 wind turbine ring finished product flaw detection qualification rate of the problem islow.
