摘 要:废热锅炉作为制氢装置核心设备之一,运行过程中出现锅炉出口温度升高、换热效率下降情况。通过对锅炉上水质量、转化炉运行情况、催化剂性能等因素进行分析,得出催化剂粉尘被夹带进入锅炉是导致出口温度升高的主要原因。针对锅炉出口温度升高影响,制定运行预案,并优化开工过程中保护催化剂的措施。检修开工后锅炉出口温度正常,实现装置长周期平稳运行。As one of the core equipment of hydrogen production equipment,waste heat boilers experience an increase in boiler outlet temperature and a decrease in heat exchange efficiency during operation.Through analysis of factors such as boiler water quality,converter operation,and catalyst performance,it is concluded that the entrainment of catalyst dust into the waste boiler is the main reason for the increase in boiler outlet temperature.Develop an operational plan to address the temperature increase at the outlet of the waste boiler and optimize measures to protect the catalyst during the start-up process.After the maintenance starts,the outlet temperature of the waste boiler is normal,achieving long-term stable operation of the unit.
