摘  要:电磁脉冲阀是脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器清灰系统的主要装置,其性能优劣直接决定了滤袋的清灰效果,并影响滤袋使用寿命和设备运行阻力。通过电磁脉冲阀理论分析和实验室对比试验,研究新型差动气道与喷吹性能,提出“短促脉冲”的清灰技术,从而达到低碳和节能的效果。The electromagnetic pulse valve is the main device of the pulse jet bag filter dust removal system,and its performance directly determines the cleaning effect of the filter bag,and affects the service life of the filter bag and equipment operation resistance.Through theoretical analysis of electromagnetic pulse valves and laboratory comparative experiments,a new type of differential airway and injection performance research are carried out,which enables the electromagnetic pulse valve to output airflow for high-speed injection.A"short pulse"dust cleaning technology is proposed to achieve low-carbon and energy-saving.
