摘 要:2022年北京冬奥会的举行促使我国的人工冰场迅速发展。运用数模拟的方法对直接蒸发式人工冰场进行传热模拟,研究了防冻管温度、冰面温度、供冷管间距等因素对供冷管热流密度及温度、冰面温度均匀性的影响。结果表明,防冻管温度的变化对冰面温度的影响可以忽略;冰场供冷管内工质的蒸发温度为-32.000~-22.400℃;冰面温度降低1.000℃,冰场冷负荷增加5.90 W/m^(2),供冷管内工质的蒸发温度降低1.200~1.500℃;随着供冷排管间距的增加,供冷管内工质的蒸发温度和冰面温度均匀性下降;间距从30增加到60 mm,冷管内工质的蒸发温度降低15.9%,冰面温度不均匀性指标温差最值从0.004增加到0.111℃。With the coming of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,China's artificial ice rink construction will be rapid development.The heat transfer in a direct evaporation rink was investigated by numerical simulation.The results showed that the influence of the antifreeze tube temperature change on the ice surface temperature can be ignored.The evaporation temperature of working medium in the ice rink cooling tube is between-32.000--22.400℃.With the ice surface temperature decreasing by 1.00℃,the cooling load of the ice rink increases by 5.9 W/m^(2),and the evaporation temperature of working medium in the cooling pipe decreases by 1.200-1.500℃.With the increase of the pipe spacing,the evaporation temperature of working medium in the cooling pipe and the uniformity of the ice surface temperature decrease.When the spacing increases from 30 to 60 mm,the evaporation temperature of working medium in the cooling pipe decreases by 15.9%,the maximum temperature difference of ice surface temperature increases from 0.004 to 0.1l1℃.
